The policy is for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase we are not able to provide you with the option of a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in. The item should be in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the total cost of returning the item, unless we make an error. If you receive an unsuitable item or a damaged one the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will cover shipping charges if you want to exchange the item.
